I have always just put a bit of oil in the frying pan and sauteed it, usually too much so it becomes too hard.<br /><br />This time I used a lot of oil, a lot of curry power, paprika and pepper seeds and after it was sauteed (but not to the point of being hard) I put about a quarter of a cup of nutritional yeast (for 2 boxes of seitan) on it.
