Today is the official release date for my new book, Quick-Fix Vegan. And since this is my “Tester Tuesday” MoFo post, it seems fitting to feature some recipe tester photos from the new book. Above is the Green Papaya and Tofu Salad. Here are a few more of my favorites -- this is Curried Pasta with Chickpeas and Chutney:
Here is Shortcut Mushroom-Artichoke Risotto:
And these little cuties are Ginger-Cashew Chocolate Truffles:
In a recent post I listed many of the recipe titles in Quick-Fix Vegan, plus there’s the handy “look inside” feature on Amazon. This new cookbook is like a companion volume (or volume 2) to my earlier book, Quick-Fix Vegetarian (which was also vegan, btw).
If you like quick and easy vegan food (and who doesn’t?), I hope you'll get my new "quick-fix" book. Sample recipes coming soon!
Just a quick comment ;) Congrats Robin!Yay. Vegan Planet is one of my faves.

I received your first book as a wedding present and love it! Congrats and I look forward to buying this one!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sophia. I love artichokes, too!
ReplyDeleteJesse, thanks for sharing that you got my book as a wedding gift. Hope you enjoy the new one as well!
Congratulations, Robin!
ReplyDeleteI'll be cooking from this for the first time tomorrow, I just am having trouble decided exactly what to make - so much goodness!
ReplyDeleteThat is good to know that Quick Fix Vegetarian is vegan as well! I shall add it to my list!
My copy of Quick-Fix Vegan arrived yesterday. So many recipes that I want to try! Yum!!!
ReplyDeleteMy copy just came in the mail, and I opened it right up and ohhhed and ahhed over all the tasty sounding dishes! Can't wait to make harvest cookies first!
ReplyDeleteRobin you have truly outdone yourself! I pre-ordered 'Quick-Fix Vegan' on Amazon.com and it looks amazing. I made the 'Barbecue Pinto Portobello Sandwiches' and they were delicious. It made them in under thirty minutes my (omnivore) husband and I both devoured them. I really enjoyed the texture of the shredded mushrooms in this! I own most of your cookbooks and I love them all. The 'Quick-Fix' ones are lifesavers for someone like myself who works a lot but prefers homemade meals to takeout. Conrats on this awesome new book!!!

Many thanks to you all for the good wishes about Quick-Fix Vegan. I hope you all enjoy cooking from this new book and will tell others about it as well. Please help spread the word on your blog, Facebook, and Twitter. It would also be a huge help if you post a review on Amazon and/or Barnes and Noble.
ReplyDeleteThanks ~ Robin
